After a decade in the legal field, it was time for a change. My physical and mental health were both suffering. I took some time and thought about what was next. I fell into rescuing dogs and with that came the inspiration to begin transporting animals. There is no such thing as a bad day while traveling the country in the company of four legged friends. This change was definitely for the better!

My pack has grown from 5 to 16 in the past three years. I have a deep passion for rescue and generally take on the more challenging cases. Sometimes they stay long enough to rehabilitate with me before they’re adopted out to deserving homes. Sometimes they never leave. 🐾♥️

Life has definitely been crazier since diving into rescue but I wouldn’t change a thing. Rescue is one of the hardest, most rewarding, most heartbreaking lines of work I’ve ever experienced outside of motherhood. We can’t save them all but we’ll keep trying our best.
